The End of v2

The Hugboxer Holocaust

The Hugboxer Holocaust was the beginning of the end, for months after the ending of the Great Galactic War three courageous Draconians prepared in secret a great battle that they would bring to the doorstep of the Landsraad. The Draconians were Jaffa and Kronos of the Draco Freedom Riders and Komedian of Innawds, and they are ascribed henceforth in this archive as the bravest and toughest heroes the Draco sector produced in all of v2. Combined they developed a force of over 80'000 basepower which was funded by the Landsraad itself to the Empire's eternal shame. With this force they embarked upon a great cleansing of the Hugboxers, attacking viciously from world to world, spreadsheet to spreadsheet, hugboxer to hugboxer, they overwhelmed many a Landsraad world and in the process earned great adoration from many in the galaxy.

The great cleansing caused huge economic damage to the Landsraad with over 40'000 GDP  (estimated, perhaps more) being lost in a matter of hours, countless stockpiles of Warpfuel, Duranium, Tritanium and Adamantium were lost to the Draconian trio. Despite this the usual and once famous Landsraad damage control was not present: Weeder had ragequit during Operation Crossroads Freedom and Walrus had disappeared without a trace. Without his trusted damage control team to keep the reputation of his federation safe, the Emperor DrKourin took it upon himself to try and stem the tide, but after failing to produce proof for his accusations of multiying he fell silent. The Freedom Riders had taken the day.

The Great Rumsoddium Heist

The Hugboxer Holocaust was also the beginning of The Great Rumsoddium Heist, during their attacks the Freedom Riders had wrested both pieces of Landsraad owned Rumsoddium from the Hugboxers by force.  Solaris Novum also had two pieces of the mysterious and rare substance, the Draconians channelled their new found Rumsoddium to the Sunists where it could be unified. The Rumsoddium Unification went ahead without incident and the great discovery was made, Rumsoddium could either greatly empower a world or destroy one, but only once. The Sunists chose to use the Rumsoddium for their own benefit, and in doing those doubled the GDP of Arendelle, propelling the world to over 90'000 GDP.

The Decree of Adminium

The great chaos taking place in the galaxy stirred the Great God of Adminium, Heidi, into activity. Realising that the great success of the Hugboxer Holocaust was caused by a bug and that game mechanics were not working as intended, Heidi attemped to restore the galaxy to an earlier more sane point. The rollback did not have the desired effect and few worlds were restored to their pre holocaust state, with the Freedom Riders continuing their cleansing and the chaos spiralling out of control Heidi declared that there would have to be a reset. A reset, a wiping of the slate, the happening was finally here and welcomed by most, especially the Sun Messiah.  A second decree of Adminium occurred several days after the first, and abundent wealth was distributed throughout the galaxy.
Shit. I'm so tempted for a reset now. This has really spiralled out of control.

Double Jian

With both an end and a beginning on the horizon, E.Y.E threw off its shackles of secrecy and launched a campaign against Legacy. Legacy was a relatively new federation but had been making waves with its war against Res Publica Latina which was backed by SN. The first battle of the war with the fleets of New Eden against those of the world Karias, was inconclusive and generated concerns in E.Y.E of a longer and less easy victory than was expected at the outset. Fortunately the fleets of Karias chose to attack the New Eden force which was several times their size, the forces of Karias were completely wiped out and an E.Y.E victory quickly followed.

With Legacy dealt with the forces of E.Y.E turned towards The Merchant Marines who had recently violated the anti-bullying power rangers treaty by attacking BAMF. The New Eden Culter Dei fleet lead by the Flagship Mishima faced a much greater challenge in this war, but after bitter fighting gained an advantage over MM world Niggastein after it launched a failed counterattack. Eventually Niggastein of the MM fell to multiple attackers and New Eden was victorious.

Thats all folks. Thanks for the support! The archive may not return for v3 as it might not last more than 2-3 months, but It'll definitely be back for a v4.

Edit: Also I admit the bias is real in this last entry, but fuck hugboxers.

Biased as fuck since it didn't mention that the fights against The Empire (and everyone else after the incident) were refunded by Rumsod Heidi because he fucked up the code with a bug that gave attacker a game breaking advantage, but still funny.

Not quite correct. I attempted to refund the wars by going over the war logs with a script, but I dun goofed. It only worked for some, then I tried to fix certain worlds manually, which meant I couldn't simply run the script in reverse.
