A world's perception of its leader is a major contributing factor towards a world's stability. The importance of a world's perception towards its stability depends on its Political System. A leader's perception can be modified by having a high quality of life or by enacting several Domestic Policies. The higher a leader's perception is, the bigger of an impact it makes on a world's stability.

It is uncertain yet, but there have been reports of people that have lost their ships due to an event triggered by having low Stability or low Quality of Life, or low Perception
